   Design strategy of government policy advertising : A case on the creative of advertising in newspaper

To deliver messages of the government effectively, the design strategy should bear scientific and logical aspects as well as sensual aspects. Of course, it is difficult to give shape to matter of design Strategy and creativity. The nature and character of a advertising differs from one to another with great consequences. So it is difficult to say which visual elements are most important in forming the style of a advertising. The checklist presented in this thesis show what elements make up the design of a advertising and how they inter-act, and on waht basis they should be chosen to do what sort of job.

This dissertation helps the government re-recognize the role of government policy advertising, establish fundamental guiding principles for effective delivery of messages of a government policy, and thus solve the problem of design strategy by scientific and logical approach rather than sensual approach, and finally deliver its image effectively by creating universal and original government policy advetising.
